We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel on the picturesque Black Sea. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and just a short distance from the beautiful beach. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing excellent service throughout. The breakfast had a great variety of tasty options, and the facilities, such as the gym, hammam, and swimming pool.
There was one aspect that could use improvement, as there were a few noisy events during the night that disturbed our sleep.

The gym was nice. Very modern and stylish hotel. Room has everything you need. Responsive staff, tasty food. Convenient location with shops. Fitness complex with swimming pool. Terrace with live music. Free entry to beach club and night club.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance to shopping, the beach, and popular places. It was very convenient to have everything close by. the gym at the hotel was well-equipped and provided a good workout experience.
The staff, especially in the lobby-cafe area, were quite inexperienced and slow in providing service.

Great location and spacious rooms. Excellent value for money, especially in December with discounted rates. Clean facilities with a lovely pool and hammam. Modern and stylish decor with responsive staff. Conveniently surrounded by shops. Enjoyed live music on the terrace.

The room was clean and spacious with exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were luxurious and fulfilled our relaxation needs. the spa and wellness center was a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. the beauty treatments were top-notch and the service was impeccable. Beach access was within walking distance and the private facilities in the room were a nice touch.
The only minor issue we encountered was the outdoor dining area. Although the food was exquisite, it could have been improved by adding more selection to the menu.
